To make a Withdrawal request, click on the "Wallet" button in the header and navigate to the "Withdrawal" tab.
To facilitate seamless trading of global assets, all user funds are held in USDT. If users wish to withdraw funds in other currencies, we will convert USDT to the requested currency at the best available rate.
While we do not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees, please note that exchange fees may apply for deposits made in currencies other than USDT via the ERC20 network.
Requesting Crypto Withdrawal
Click "Wallet" and select the "Withdrawal" tab.
Select the withdrawal currency and network.
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
Paste the address of the destination wallet.
Confirm the transaction details and submit the withdrawal request.
Processing Crypto Withdrawal Requests
Tradeway strictly prohibits coin mixing. Coin mixing is when a user deposits onto Tradeway and immediately withdraws to an address without trading a very tiny amount relative to the deposited amount. Moving funds in this manner is disallowed by Tradeway, and your withdrawals will be pending review by our team.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one hour. In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
